Where is my data processed and stored?

All your data is processed and stored on our servers in Germany, and it never leaves the EU. We handle your data with care and never sell it to third parties. Our data center is DIN ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certified, so you can count on a secure and reliable setup.

How do you get my product data?

If you're on Shopify or WooCommerce, our extension pulls in your product data directly. For other platforms, we work with a product feed. You can supply this through a tool like Channable or set up your own feed. We have documentation available, and our support team is happy to help you get it running.

What happens when I have new products?

Our Shopify and WooCommerce extensions sync continuously, so any change in your shop is picked up right away. If you're using a product feed, your products are updated once a day.

Do I need a developer to implement the search bar?

Not at all. If you're on Shopify or WooCommerce, you can install EasyFinder directly through the app or extension, no code needed. For other websites, you only have to add one small script tag to the head of your site. If you're having trouble, we're here to help.

What if I reach my usage limit?

No surprises. Floating modules fade out and your search bar falls back to the standard one you had before.

What if I cancel?

Same as reaching your limit: the floating modules disappear and your original search bar takes over again. Your data stays safe, so you can pick up right where you left off whenever you come back.
